Respond to Review of Beatroot

Review: My sister and I went to Beatroot in April this year. It was a bit hard to find, but totally worth it. Great selection of vegan salad items. My sister (who is very picky) had a shepherds pie and I had a mixture of salad stuff including a fantastic potato salad and some delicious tofu stir-fry. We then had a slice of "Chocolate Dream Cake". It was tasty and very chocolatey, but a bit dry. The staff seemed busy, but friendly. Limited seating but looks very cool inside.
