Respond to Review of Tien Hiang
Review: I was surprised to see pork and chicken on the menu considering I was under the impression that this was a vegetarian restaurant. After I told the waitress that I was vegan, she still asked me whether I wanted tofu or pork which led me to believe she didn't understand what vegan meant. It wasn't until later that I learned that the meat options were mock meat and I feel that wasn't very well established on the menu. However, the sweet and sour tofu was really great! I had that, plain rice, and green tea for €10.50. Honestly, it was the most expensive meal I ate in Paris because I'm really cheap. Also, for the first time since since I came to Europe (nearly 10 weeks ago) I was brought my bill without having asked for it. It honestly made me feel that they were trying to get rid of me even though I was still finishing my tea, it wasn't close to closing time, and there were empty tables for new customers. Perhaps Paris is so busy that this is normal? I'm not sure, but I'm writing it as a con anyway.
