Respond to Review of Tien Hiang

Review: Tine Hiang has gone way down! The service was awful, arrogant and rude (not the cutesy funny rude you might have normally in Paris). The food was undercooked, small portions, bland. The middle of the dumplings were ice cold. But the service - unbelievably bad! The waiter refused to give us condiments, suggesting that we "ask our neighboring table for theirs" and insisted that we have rice with our dishes but did not seem able to bring it to us when our dishes were served. This restaurant appears very popular with locals, but I would strongly recommend that it is avoided, at least until they get their act back together.
