Respond to Review of Tien Hiang

Review: A short stroll and very easy climb up from Republique Metro I visited once at the start of March earlier this year, and thoroughly enjoyed the cruelty-free "chicken" curry with rice. Unusually it was prepared with tofu rather than a wheat-based mock meat which I've encountered more often elsewhere. It was gorgeous. The interior of the restaurant reminded me a tad of a workman's cafe - being slightly bland, and this is something the owners can definitely improve on - but the food itself was enjoyable. I also had the papaya salad. Although I polished this off quickly it could have done with a tad more chilli to give it its characteristic bite. If there's one thing I wasn't impressed with is its location, which really is a comment about other places nearby. This is probably explained by the fact that I went for a meal at night on a Sunday, when other shops and the like had already finished their hours of trade.
