Respond to Review of Clear Head - Lehka Hlava
Review: This is a lovely restaurant and I would definitely want to eat here again, as they have a number of interesting dishes to try. We were in Prague for 4 days and ate here twice. Similar to the sister restaurant Maitrea, the service is quick, the prices are very reasonable, the menu is in English, and there is a wide variety of dishes. I would say Clear Head is slightly better for vegans than Maitrea. The evening we were there, they also had a special raw vegan menu - I think the main was courgetti bolognaise, and raw cheezecake for desert. The interior is lovely - very cosy and welcoming, it's really pleasant to be in. It's also very very busy - you might not get in if you just turn up. It's a little bit outside of the Old Town - maybe 10 mins walk, but definitely worth it. The first evening I think I had some sort of curry - can't quite remember the specifics, but I do remember it was really delicious. My boyfriend had a sort of potato lasagne dish which he said was lovely. The second time was lunch and we both had the red lentil soup with coconut milk, which was really good, and some humous - it was great to be able to have the sort of lunch I would normally have at home. I also had a lovely hot spiced apple juice. As with Maitrea, the menu does seem to be fairly reliant on soya/tofu ingredients and I would love to have more choice of purely vegetable based dishes, but I can't fault Clear Head - it was great to have such a nice place available. Would highly recommend this place to all - veggie, vegan or even non-veggie - there's enough here for everyone.
