Review: We ate at Yerbabuena three times over the four days. The restaurant is seemingly at first sight quite basic. The food however is excellent. It is imaginative, varied, beautifully presented and tastes wonderful. All this and nutritionally well balanced too. Everything a vegetarian restaurant should be and certainly just what is needed for a vegetarian visiting Madrid. Also friendly staff, English menus and lovely fruit drinks.
