Review: It's hard to justify wait. Impossible to fit in a lunch schedule, waits 45min to over 1 hour. Maybe order take-out 2 hours in advance.

Sorry you feel this way. I feel that the wait is worth it. I place very great importance on good tasting, high quality food that is reasonably priced above wait time. Like you said there is a way around it. Call and order ahead of time.
