Respond to Review of Fit and Green
Review: Location seems to be one of the few advantages of this place. I found it very convenient being able to eat something vegan just outside of the university, where I was attending a conference for a couple of days. Another positive thing is friendly staff. But, like they say, the proof of a pudding is in the eating, and what are ate there was average burgers and barely eatable salad (undercooked chickpeas? come on…). I also really didn’t like that they’re using disposable plates and cutlery. To sum up: if you’re nearby and in need of a quick lunch, give it a try. If you have more time and higher expectations, try luck somewhere else.
