Review: After reading the online menu, I was stoked to go to Bambu with my girlfriend. the food was so-so, kinda like being a vegetarian in the 70's in the U.S. As a vegan, they didn't have many offerings but if you were vegetarian, you might be satisfied.

I loved this place. Great Food and good environment. They have a new location too. Considering that vegetarianism in Chile was almost ZERO per cent when Bamboo started, (and still nowadays) one should congratulate them for being constant after 25 years.
