Respond to Review of Chaco Canyon Organic Cafe - University
Review: If you are trying to make the healthiest possible choice for eating out in Seattle, this is it. They accommodate any and all dietary restrictions. Its a casual environment, order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. If you are on a budget, try the 'make your own bowl', I usually get quinoa with veggies, as well as their afternoon happy hour, 4-6, with half priced baked goods and around $4 for the fresh house juice - best deal in town, as well as great prices on local and gluten free beer and wine offerings. They have lots of healthy juices, hot beverages, raw dishes, raw and gluten free desserts and more. Everything is sourced organic as much as possible and the workers seem happy. The large salad is served on a flat plate and leaves me starving, I can't recommend that one, and sometimes the service seems distracted, but hey, its the U. Long lines with leashed dogs tussling is a possibility to be prepared for but all is forgiven at this healthy haven. They seriously win awards for their clean and eco friendly restrooms. You can hang there with wifi all day long!
