Respond to Review of Chaco Canyon Organic Cafe - University
Review: I visited this cafe' for the first time on January 4, 2009. I talked my husband into coming with me. He's still a SAD eater, I'm a raw foodist now. I had their scrumptious 'Really Really Green Smoothie,' the 'Pineapple and Mushroom Pizza with side salad' and a 'Fudge Brownie' for dessert. Hubby had their 'Thai salad with peanut sauce' a hot 'Apple Cider with Cinnamon and Ginger' along with a piece of their 'Carrot Cake' for dessert. Everything was W O N D E R F U L and reasonably priced. The surroundings were very comfortable and their staff were very helpful. I am surprised by the recently negative experiences by others. Even my husband liked the food . . . he said it wasn't bad for a vegetarian/vegan restaurant (he's not forthcoming with glowing comments either). We drove quite a distance to the only vegan/vegetarian place we could find on the internet in Seattle, WA, but we felt it was worth it!
