Review: I went here after randomly finding a buy-one-get-one-free coupon while I was skiing. The place is set up similarly to Café-Rio or Freebirds restaurant. We like this WAY better though. Let me tell you why. We waited at the counter for about 20 seconds before someone helped us, and the manager went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome. He apologized for "the wait" which we didn't feel was a big deal - and he went out of his way to make sure that we had a great visit. I ordered a veggie burrito (which is cheaper than the meat-options and comes with guacamole included in the price) with no cheese and no sour cream and it was really delicious. They do serve meat options - which my partner had and she really liked her meal as well. Kids meals available too - and it is a good deal for the money you spend. After we ordered and were sitting down, I looked over their menu a bit more closely and saw that they have another vegan option called "Sofritas" - a type of braised tofu. I'll definitely be back to try this on my next visit. We were very pleased overall with our visit. It filled us up and didn't make a huge dent in our pocketbook. The restaurant was clean, modern, in a great central location and the customer service was top-notch! Website is informative and states "Our food does not contain eggs, mustard, fish, shellfish, sesame, peanuts, or tree nuts." It also lists which food items contain allergens and gluten here: http://www.chipotle.com/en-us/menu/special_diet_information/special_diet_information.aspx Happy Cow limits me to a 4-cow rating because this place is not completely vegetarian, but if allowed I would give it a 5-cow rating. I am vegan and had no problem getting a great meal, and I was able to enjoy it with my family who has different eating habits than myself. I'll definitely be back.
