Respond to Review of Le Potager du Marais

Review: Located around the corner of Centre Pompidou this tiny vegan restaurant provides delicious vegan food at a fair price in a cozy atmosphere with friendly service. The menus were visually and nutritionally attractive, well-portioned, and didn't try to drag the eater into a protein-coma as other vegan restaurants do. I personally like lentils and their preparation here was delicious in every culinary freedom degree. Oh the other hand, the menus rather often featured fake cheese and tofu. Though, the cheese could be an attempt to preserve a French touch. This could be a nice place to convince French people of vegan food even though I did not find any fake-escargots on the menu :-). Nice extras: Salad was served with optional add-ons like sesame salt ("for the extra calcium") and nutritional yeast. Even though this place was fully booked, the service kept being attentive, conducting new guests to the wardrobe and immediately refilling the filtered water without being asked. No wonder Le Potager du Marais is located next to the centre of modern arts - this place is a living vegan artwork. visited on 25.10.2013
