Review: Food: A good choice of food on the menu (written in French and English) all of which sounded appetising. I had the vegetable quiche with salad (a starter - but more than enough for me). I had seen somebody else eating it, so I knew what I was getting. It was more like a pie than a quiche, but all the better for that - it had lovely pastry and a vegetable filling. My friend had the lentil balls on a bed of spinach served with mashed sweet potatoes and a broccoli dish, which she really enjoyed. I wish I could have eaten more as the desserts sounded lovely. The location: Fantastic location a few metres away from the Pompidou Centre. The restaurant is small, rustic and cosy. The service: The service was extremely friendly and professional. We didn't feel hurried, but weren't left around waiting either. The waiter was a bit busy, but still able to be friendly and take the time to explain things. He spoke French to me, but replied to my friend in English as she can't speak French.
