Respond to Review of Pomegranate Kitchen

Review: Residents and visitors to the Triangle are lucky to have 2 options for all-vegetarian Persian food. Pomegranate Kitchen is one of these (Chapel Hill's Sage Cafe is the other) and does not disappoint (well, unless you show up after 6:30 and they are already closed). The 2 women that run this are super friendly and warm. All food is freshly prepared with local ingredients. My favorite is the pomegranate and walnut stew over jewel basmati rice. You can buy menu items separately or order as a full meal that comes with bread and chocolate (not vegan). No tables inside, take-out only. But there is a nice courtyard for their building which is a great place to sit and eat. Or, go next door with your food to Straw Valley Cafe's large courtyard. I don't think Straw Valley minds as long as you order a soy latte or something from them. Expect to get a little lost the first time you go if you've never been there (or Straw Valley) before. It's awkward to get to, off of 15/501. You need to turn into New Hope Commons shopping plaza first and then make your way back towards 15/501 on a service road. The building is across 15/501 from the Habitat Re-store, next to Once & Again consignment shop.
