Review: I added this place to happycow now because the management started to label the vegan suitable rice balls; they hadn't done that before. Now you see on the wall the different rice balls, and there are 4 labeled vegan ones. Basically, what you get is a fist-size seaweed-covered rice ball with a little bit of filling inside (has mushroom, or hijiki peas and corn, or preserved plum, and one other flavor). Cost is under $4 each. Fills you as a snack. If you want to make it a full meal, you might order 2 or 3. Tastes good, and they give you complimentary self-serve cold tea. The place is tiny and offers a few chairs outside. It gets super busy on Saturdays and Sundays, so you will see people eat standing around outside.
