Review: We had one of the best meals we ever had. Everything is homemade, right down to the kale chips, seitan, tortillas, ketchup, and coconut whipped cream. Raw options are available. Wines are vegan and delicious. Ours was fair trade and suffer free as well. The chipotle burger is a spicy house specialty, on a home made whole grain bun, and is incredible. Hachee, a traditional Dutch dish with cinnamon and cloves, was very good with homemade seitan. The brownie with homemade raspberry coulis and coconut whipped cream is heavenly. Menus change quarterly to honor seasonal local farming. Service is great and they explain everything you are eating.
