Review: We came upon this smallish felafel house late one night whilst wandering the neighbourhoods after dinner. The owner came and said hello and we had a chat, promising to be back soon. I'm so glad we were. He is a personable, friendly, humourous man with very precise English. Being from Jordan, his specialty is felafel and hummus. He also provides a selection of hot food (soups, lentils, various vegetable dishes from the bain marie. The hot food definitely looks all vegan, as well as the felafel and hummus. Feel free to talk with him about the ingredients. The three of us sat, and we received a pile of felafel, hummus, salad, bread, tahini dressing and condiments. We ordered 3 teas and also were provided with three portions of a walnut and phyllo dessert. The total cost was 36 TL/ 18 Euros. It was a very straight forward meal, portion sizes were good and we enjoyed it immensely. A very pleasant experience.
