Respond to Review of Ajdovo Zrno
Review: I ate there twice, while it was still a non-vegan restaurant. They had vegan and vegetarian daily menu. The salad bar was impressive: fresh vegetables, several kinds of cooked cereals (and pseudo-cereals), several kinds of cooked vegetables, several kinds of cooked pulses, vegetable crisps (beetroot, carrot, courgette). Only a few items in the salad bar weren't vegan. The first time I ate there the vegan daily meal was red bell pepper stuffed with buckwheat (Ajdovo Zrno means buckwheat groat in Slovenian), potato, celery root, and Mediterranean herbs. It was very tasty and hearty. The second time I ate a leek-bean-potato stew, it was a very hearty comfort food.
