Review: I submitted this restaurant because I was disappointed with the over priced and deserted South Indian restaurants in Jaipur. This isn't really a restaurant you would seek out of its own accord, but if you like to lodge close to veg food, this is a great choice. The food is served in a peaceful garden or inside. The cook will let you come in the kitchen to learn or even to show them how to prepare your favorite dishes! This is a great way to see what is going into your food and to learn to make Indian food as well. They are sensitive to foreigners needs for non-spicy food but they smile really big if you tell them you like it spicy! This place serves up all the North Indian standards plus some Italian style pasta dishes. The food was clean and hygienically prepared, and served on tables with nice tablecloths and napkins. The hotel rooms here are also very, very clean and nice and start at $14 USD. It's close to the train station, too, though its a bit of a trek to the main sights of Jaipur. Taxis are always nearby and with some advice from the staff, buses are an option for the adventurous. After three days in Jaipur, my best meals were eaten here. They have room service, too! Service is slow outside of the main breakfast and dinner service hours because the staff perform multiple duties, but many people order ahead and request what time thay would like their meal to be served.
