Review: Sana'a is in the Animal Kingdom building. It's one of the more upscale restaurants. They have a separate menu for Vegetarian and a separate menu for Vegan. You have to ask for these special menus! If you don't ask, they won't be offered to you. I found this to be the case at all the upscale restaurants we went to in Disney - they all have vegan menus but don't volunteer or post them. The veg*n menus contain some items listed on the regular menu and some items not listed on the regular menu. The quality of the food and dining experience provided by the wait staff at Sana'a is top rate. Highly recommended.
