Respond to Review of Le Grenier de Notre Dame
Review: My girlfriend and I had a two week vacation in Paris, and we tried several places listed on happycow. We liked this one the most. The food was great and seemed like it was the most genuinely french inspired vegan dishes we tried during our stay. We did not notice that the prices were too high-- in fact, they were quite reasonable, especially considering that the place focused on organic ingredients. By the end of the two weeks, we decided to come here again for a second meal (along with Le Potager du Marais which was a close second in our opinion). I recommend La Speciale Proteines and the Couscous Vegetarien. They were able to prepare the Proteines without the wheat for me since I'm allergic to gluten. The menu was not too specific about what was gluten-free and what was not, but they were very accommodating. The atmosphere was also very nice, cozy, quiet, and chill, and the server was very friendly. The menu was written in French AND English.
