Review: Wow! Our most expensive dining experience in Paris, beating both Le Potager du Marais & La Victore Supreme du Couer. Our dining experience started with falafel entree (that tasted strangely similar to my mother's tuna patties) and a couple of novelty overpriced beverages. For our main meals we had the macrobiotic plate and a tofu casserole. The macrobiotic plate consisted of overcooked tasteless vegetables, undercooked brown rice, canned tomato sauce, weird fried soy cakes and a mountain of plain soaked arame seaweed dumped in the middle of the plate. Nothing really seemed macrobiotic other than the idea of arranging these foods on a plate and labelling them as such. The casserole was much of the same nothingness arranged and named according to it's apparent likeness. In conclusion, the dishes served to us were nothing more than the kind of food that a 12 year old kid with some good ideas could prepare in the family kitchen.

The two dishes you ordered are not the dishes to order. Agreed. They are bland. They are the ones I always advise against and for some reason everyone wants to order despite my advice. Why order this sort of thing if you don't want these flavours??? They are meant to be bland. Seriously? What would you expect? If I order boiled cabbage from an irish bar am I going to expect something with a lot of flavour?? DUH
