Respond to Review of The Food Temple
Review: I just got back from eating here, and it is delicious! In a country that's cuisine is about as not vegan as it gets, this place is an oasis. It's nice that the dishes maintain the Portuguese flavor, though, so I feel like I'm still getting to experience the local cuisine. And, boy! Did I ever experience the local cuisine here! After getting by on nothing but French fries, bread, and rice at other places, I was ready to eat! I did each of the three tapas dishes, olives, bread, soup, the main course, and the cake, and all were fabulous! I took pictures of all of them for you to see except for the cake because I wolfed that down too quickly :( Anyway, this place is super cool and quirky on the inside, and the owners are great. I see a lot of people saying the place is hard to find, but as of January 2014, Google maps is now correct. I also posted some pics of where you should turn if you're coming from the Martim Moniz Metro stop. It's just a very short walk from there up some very cool, twisty streets. Keep your eyes open, and you'll be fine. Enjoy your meal here! I know I did!
