Respond to Review of Tamarind Cafe

Review: As other reviews have noted, somewhat expensive by Vietnamese standards. Atmosphere is nice and relaxed, staff are laidback (perhaps too laidback as service can be slow), and you can sit reading the paper etc, for ages. Food is mediocre, we tried eggplant and tofu hotpot and green curry, both watery and lacking in flavour. Much better food available nearby. It is open early, which was very handy after the night train from Sapa landed us in Hanoi before dawn. The freshly squeezed juice was good, and breakfast is decent enough, reasonable omelettes and french toast.
