Review: I am from Montreal and I like to think that in this city vegan and vegetarian culture is deep and we do have a few great vegan restaurants. So I found this place in Paris and I thought great! But I was disappointed, with the quality of the food and presentation. I ordered a dish with potatoes and mushrooms. When it came it was MOSTLY mashed potatoes with some beans and a tiny bit of mushrooms on top with what it said a creamy sauce. The sauce didn't taste like anything. So I basically payed 17euros for a plate of mashed potatoes that didn't even taste that good. I think it was a crude oversimplification of vegan food in a restaurant. When i go to a restaurant it is for a treat made of simple common ingredients but it HAS to be something special and tasty!!! and that is not what I found in this restaurant. And it was the same for my friends and we all ordered different things. Some of them were better than others but overall it seemed like it was playing with the concept 'vegan' more than putting real skill into it. Too bad, as it was my last night in Paris and it was supposed to be a treat. It wasn't. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant.
