Respond to Review of Barca

Review: There are yet no *real* vegan restaurant or eateries in Bucharest. they are either vegetarian (promoting healthy food with a spiritual twist - see Satya), either raw vegan (again, health being their focus). So nothing about animal rights yet... But anyway, as a vegan residing Bucharest, I have to deal with this and occasionally visit these vegetarian and raw vegan places. Barca was, until a certain point, my favourite place, since the food and prices (considering that raw veganism is more of a pretext to overcharge in the name of "healthy-living") were very reasonable. But then, some piece of news simply made me never return again... Yet, in this review I won"t talk about the food. But about the owners - one of them being the president of the ultra-orthodox christian foundation - "Arsenie Boca". http://www.fundatiaarsenieboca.ro/ Because yes, if you will pay more attention when visiting Barca, you will notice discrete orthodox icons pertaining to the christian eastern-orthodox cult. Not to mention, that in the media, the restaurant is advertised as "the first christian vegetarian restaurant in Romania". http://www.restograf.ro/primul-restaurant-crestin-vegetarian-in-bucuresti/ Now, the same Arsenie Boca foudation is a spearhead of nationalism and ultra-conservatory values (http://www.restograf.ro/primul-restaurant-crestin-vegetarian-in-bucuresti/) INVOLVED IN ANTI-ABORTION and HOMOPHOBIC campaigns in Romania. See missions here http://www.fundatiaarsenieboca.ro/Despre-noi/misiune.html So, sorry, Barca, but you're not getting more money for your campaigns from me!
