Respond to Review of Healthy U
Review: I am currently a third year medical student of MHAMCM/SWU and have been eating here since my first year. Being a lacto-ovo vegetarian since birth, I am happy this place is here. The staff has always been accommodating, and compared to the prices of the Indian restaurant nearby, this place is very student friendly. There are 4 small tables inside, and another 3 tables at the back. The place is a little cramped, but its homey. They have fruits(bananas mostly), rice(served by cup), drinks(soymilk, tamarind and lemongrass juices), a variety of different entrees, usually have one or two different kinds of soup, a simple vegetable broth soup thats free, and a couple of desserts to boot. The food is best during brunch/lunch as they have just cooked the dishes. The later in the day it gets, the less food there is, so i dont recommend going there after 6PM. I highly recommend the potato scallops, the tofu and potato curry and the tamarind juice. for REALLY good soymilk by the way, go to Adventist Hospital of Cebu(formerly called Miller Hospital). I'd give them 3.5 stars, but they don't have half stars on happy cow. And since I'm a glass-half-full kind of person, I give them 4 stars. Happy Eats!
