Respond to Review of Plant
Review: Partner and I went here for lunch. There was a very clean, crisp and refreshing atmosphere about the place. I had the "berger," which was the veggie burger made of a chickpea base with bits of seitan and other veggies in it. Absolutely delicious, but as most vegetarians/vegans know, veggie burgers crumble easily, and this one was no exception. But that didn't keep it from tasting great. The open kitchen is great. I could see my fries being cut right in front of me and then served minutes later on a plate. So fresh. Partner had the miso dish. Wasn't super impressed with it, said it was a little bland, but still enjoyed the lightness and freshness of it. If I were a native of Asheville, I would go back, but not too often, more so for special occasions.
