Respond to Review of Organic Farm Restaurant
Review: Incredible, it's truly the only place I've seen and tasted clean organic non-msg food for a long time while traveling through asia on a budget. The menu offers such a beautiful selection of foods, laotion, asian and western. Anything I ate was utterly tasty and full of loving energy. Incredible Mulberry shake with milk or yogurt?, Mulberry leaves tempura (about 6 huge leaves with a light bater and honey sauce...ask for soy and it's savoury), Mulberry pancakes...this one was the best I've had, thick, made with mulberry and possibly wholewheat flour yet not on the overly sweet side, delicious! and of course Mulberry tea...this regulates sugar blood and pressure along with some essential vitamin. I went twice and we had various meals. It well worth the 5 mins trip by tuk tuk or motobike, we walked there of course. There is much to see, the place, the garden and trees all next to the river. The only drawback is the close proximity of one tubbing bar. So it's noisy but when you're traveling, a place like this, with such a beautiful menu and intentional support to the community is a jewel. The owner has many projects on the go and the place is mostly supported by volunteers. He also makes a wonderful Organic Goat cheese and offers goats to villagers who wish to do the same. A very inspiring place for the community and for travelers. I loved hanging out there.
