Respond to Review of Loving Hut - Claremont

Review: We can not believe how bad this place is when we were so looking forward to a good vegan meal. The menu is limited and the prices are outrageous. We did not realize how high the prices were till my husband finished his ice tea and was told that he would be charged full price again to have another ice tea. Always ice tea is unlimited refills but not here. $5.00 a glass and not even a big glass. My husband had the taco plate which he said was good but the amount was so small that he was looking for another meal two hours later. I had the eggplant dish which was extremely salty and when the server asked about the meal I told her it was very salty and she ignored me and walked away. The plate on which my rice was served had several chips along the edges. We saw people walk up look at the menu in the window and walk away. We think it is the prices. Actually, my dish besides being salty was very greasy and had only 5 very small pieces of tofu. We all know that tofu is not expensive but the meal was. We have been to three or four other Loving Huts and the food was fine, but this one you could not pay us to go back. The food left a bad taste in our mouths and we were totally unsatisfied.
