Review: Carabar has a terrific selection of vegan food and the bartender was very willing to explain their menu and their vegan food offerings made with dedicated equipment. The mac and cheese was spicy and wonderful. Also tried the falafel tacos and seitan hero. Soooo good. Can't wait to go back and try more!
