Respond to Review of Carmelita Savory Vegetarian Fare

Review: I almost let the fact they have a few vegan items compared to dairy items hold me back from going. I am glad I didn't. This place does some wonderful things with vegetables. They have a nice amount of apps that are vegan, all were delicious. The specials were creative, as was most of the menu. they had maitakes in a dish, my all time fave food. It is a great upscale place to enjoy.
