Review: We had dinner there tonight and really enjoyed it. First off both servers were very friendly and helpful. The menu is in English and our server spoke excellent english. We were ordering vegan meals and she was very helpful letting us know which ones were vegan. It would be great when they redo their menus to just mark which ones are, or could be, and which not. I can't imagine that would be difficult. We started with the spring rolls. They were filled with veggies, still crunchy and very fresh. The rolls are deep fried but I think they would have been better fresh with rice paper rolls. The fried outside was a little doughy and the coriander chutney needed some chilli or lemon or something to give it more of a bite against the deep fried taste. Having said we enjoyed them. The mains were great. I had the veggie burger and chips. The chips were delicious and tasted hand cut, they were served with homemade ketchup which was nice. The burger was pretty good too. It was filled with salad and pickles. The pickles were cut the short way and thus kept falling out. They would be better cut length wise so they stay in and are in each mouthful of burger as intended. My daughter had the portobello mushrooms and mashed potatoes which she enjoyed. The potatoes did need better seasoning. But once again it was so great to see vegetables on the plate! Rare for us so far in Prague. There were no vegan desserts which was a shame as we would have ordered them if they had. Since you can still easily sell a dessert that is vegan to all types of diets provided it is GOOD I often wonder why we don't see most desserts vegan in at least the vegetarian restaurants. And just for the record in case you think I am dreaming, I am a vegan chef and baker that only cooks vegan food and I have never had anyone turn down one of my cakes or cookies because they were vegan- never. People don't realise unless they ask which is how it should be. If you can taste that a cake is vegan it is badly done. Overall a very nice meal and good experience. Very family friendly. We will return before we leave Prague.
