Respond to Review of Mlsna Kavka
Review: Since they opened, I have become their regular guest. The atmosfere is very unpretentious, relaxed, it is very baby friendly (big playing corner and dishes for kids, my sons favourite is rise and pumpkin)and non-smoking. The service is usually attentive, though the place is a social enterprise and support people in creating their working habits after going through psychic illnesses, so sometimes staff lacks some confidence. The food is always fresh, a lot of vegetables and menu is seasonal. They use wide variety of ingredients not so often used in Prague as bulgur, different beens, lentils, seitan, tempeh, tofu etc. They often do sauces to accompany vegetable in the main role and always have plenty of lettuce, rucola and similar. My hot tips in the current menu are a whole artichoke with three different sauces as a starter, superb risotto as main dish and sweet crumpets with apples. When my husband takes away from them I do not even tell him what exactly I want because I simply like all they do.
