Respond to Review of Dolce Vegan

Review: Open for only four months (at the time of writing) this is one of the best vegan places I've visited anywhere. The display of vegan cakes & biscuits would not look out of place in a classy Vienna pattisserie! We had a light lunch of wholemeal focaccia topped with slices of roast potato and rosemary. Such delicious herby savouriness required a sweet antidote which was provided by a generous portion of chocolate 'cheesecake' that rivals my own! All swilled down with a cup of organic fair trade black tea. You can either choose from the display of sweets and savouries or from the blackboard for heartier meals. Simple elegant dining room with a little vegan shop through the back. Very friendly and welcoming and very long hours too. I want to visit again to try their salads. Lunch for two came to €16 which is excellent value for a Florence eatery.
