Respond to Review of Abyssinian Restaurant
Review: Abyssinian is the cure to the CT restaurant scene's lack of Ethiopian restaurants. The food is fresh, and gently spiced in a way that will appeal to fans of spicy and mild foods alike. As is traditionally done in Ethiopia, food is eaten by scooping it up using a crepe-like flatbread called injeera. Abyssinian's injeera is homemade daily. You are given plenty of it to start, but the owner is happy to give more (at no extra charge) if you ask!
