Review: The menu is completely vegan now, but there's the option to get cow's milk for your coffee or cheese on your pizza or potatoes. The regular menu includes French fries, pan-fried potatoes with topping if you wish, pita, falafel, salads in different sizes, sausage, gyro... most dishes have various sizes, side dishes or toppings (like mushrooms, tofu or tomatoes). They also sell a lot of organic lemonades, juices, whine and hot beverages. The cake, cookies and homemade (!) chocolate candies differ from time to time. All dishes are also for take-away. The portions are huge especially if you decide on the plate of the day. While the regular menu is more fast-food-ish, the plate of the day can be everything from German home style food to an African or Asian dish you never heard before. But it's always very good and although I eat there quite often, I've never eaten the same thing twice. As long as to take the plate of the day, you won't have to wait long for your order, but everything else (but the pizza, that's just heated up) is made freshly just for you, so it can take some time. :) Enough time to browse through some of the books that you can find there. Since everything's organic or by farmers "next door" I'm always wondering how they keep the prices that low. Plate of the day is usually somewhere between 4 and 6 € and I usually take only a half portion, which fills me completely. The staff is very friendly and helpful, if you have any special desires concerning you food, they'll try everything to please you. Only thing that might be a little annoying is the street right next to it, so it's no place for romantic dates.
