Review: Very friendly staff with many vegetarian and vegan options. Vegan soy cheese available, or pizza with no cheese. All pizzas are 'personal' and are made individually 'on demand' - so the customer sees everything that goes on each pizza. Non-dairy sorbet is also available for dessert. Many salads are on the menu. Three types of hand tossed doughs are available: classic white, whole wheat, and gluten-free. Full nutritional information is available on their web site. When we ate there, on a Monday night, it was 'kids night' - kids pizzas were free!
