Review: this restaurant really reminds me of italy, except that i can eat most of what was on offer on the menu! the atmosphere was convivial. it's on a quiet little street which is totally full of medieval charm (impressive for london i think). the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. their style might be a little slow but i found that very authentic. the food too is very authentic offering secondi and contorni as well as pasta and risotto. we had an excellent bottle of organic prosecco and the whole bill only came to £20 a head for 2 courses plus stuzzichini - i thought that was exceptionally reasonable myself. i would recommend this place to my italian friends (who are very picky about what they eat) without reserve! a gorgeous vegan/vegetarian slice of italy in the centre of the city. i've been twice and will definitely be going back!
