Review: I visited it one Saturday afternoon, so there was no buffet. I ordered avocado sushi maki (without mayonnaise) and vegan chicken tempura. Avocado maki were good, but avocado could have been riper. Chicken tempura was TVP chunks breaded and fried until dark brown. I wasn't impressed. I got cabbage and mung bean sprout salad with the tempura and it was good. For a TVP dish, it wasn't exactly cheap. I might try it again, but every time I visit Graz, I tend to eat at Ginko.
