Review: Clean, cool, good atmosphere, reasonably priced decent food. Once I found the restaurant, I ate there every day I was in Phnom penh. The menu isn't that adventurous, but it makes up for it in other ways. It used to be down the road and they recently moved to the newly renovated place with a faithful local following. Not much English spoken, but enough to get by. The menu has pictures to make it easier. I recommend the Pok Choi if your body is crying out for green leafy veg after months in asia. The noodle soups are good and I really liked the mock 'pork' - pink, fried and sweet vegetable protein - lovely with rice. The 'prawns' are so scarily fishy I had trouble eating them.
