Respond to Review of Sorci's Italian Cafe and Enoteca
Review: I have eaten at Sorci's a number of times over the past few years and always enjoyed it. The owners are very serious about establishing a fine eating place and try innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience. For instance, you can look through a cookbooks from their collections while you eat. The experience can be uneven. Owners are very knowledgeable about the food, but the wait staff who are sometimes local high school kids can be completely lost if you ask a question. They are great when they are open, but during the summer of 2012 I was disappointed a few times to arrive hoping for lunch or evening meal only to find them 'closed due to the heat'. That was particularly embarrassing when bringing out of town guests. Similary I've arrived hoping for dinner and found that they are serving a party and closed to the general public. Pricing is moderate. I haven't had a bad meal.
