Respond to Review of CLOSED: Nirvana

Review: I have been going to the lunch buffet almost every day since I discovered this place. It has the best value and variety of vegetarian food in Vientiane and the family that run it are really nice people. It's vegan friendly (I happily spotted a 'vegan food pyramid' on the wall- something i never expected to see in SEA). The dishes change from day to day but usually there will be some of the following: soups, fresh rice paper rolls, laab, tofu and veggie stir fry, mock meats, veggie patties/pakoras, sushi, vietnamese pancakes stuffed with tofu and vegetables (banh xeo), fresh salad, and a whole range of other things I can't remember or can't pronounce. Get there between 11.30 and 12.30 otherwise the dishes start to disappear. If it's the weekend or you don't make it to the buffet you can order individual dishes instead. They also sell a variety of vegan cooking ingredients including two minute noodles. One of my favourite things about Vientiane without a doubt!
