Respond to Review of The Chicago Diner

Review: I've never felt too impressed with the Chicago Diner, despite hearing of friends traveling out of their way to stop there for a meal. I got some sort of meatball sandwich that was pretty good, but not good enough for the amount I paid for it. I got a milkshake that was ENTIRELY TOO EXPENSIVE, yet it was delicious simply because they used Temptation ice cream. I could make cheaper, better food at home and I could also just buy a tub of Temptation for half the price and make my own milkshake. Not worth it.

For those of us traveling vegans... I don't CARE how much the food costs. Just being able to eat something other than a salad is worth it! And just being able to be in a Temptation Ice Cream serving restaurant was worth it as well! Part of the dining out experience is just that: dining OUT, not cooking it yourself.
