Respond to Review of La Locanda dei Sapori
Review: This restaurant could just seem a mediocre pizzeria from the outside, but it's not. Food is hearty and ingredients used are local and fresh, and pretty everything, from pasta to cakes, is homemade. Vegan choices are many, and portions are big. We started with some veggies and a dish of farinata, moving on to polenta with mushrooms (also available with seitan), and seitan-filled homemade ravioli. Vegan cakes and dessers are also good and quite chocolatey: we had a rice chocolate cream with pears, and a chocolate-peach cake. Just remember to tell the waiters that you're vegan, since veg dishes change daily and they are not written in the menu. Staff are also very friendly, and so is the owner, a lady who takes great care in welcoming suggestions and comments.
