Review: A very nice, intimate place to have dinner. For vegan menus, you need to call ahead. I was there in Winter, the small hamlet was covered in snow, adding an extra charm to the place, an old, traditional stone house. I had chicory with chestnuts and walnuts, caponata (a traditional preserve of tomatoes, celery, onions and aubergines), and lentils a la provençale as an entrée, followed by a hearty bean soup and oven-cooked red cabbage with pinenuts. Fresh mandarins as a dessert. Organic red wines from Piedmont.
