Respond to Review of Maitrea
Review: Maitrea is busy for a reason: It does what it does well. For my taste, it offers the best goulash in town, with very flavorful gravy (unlike that of some of its competitors), though this meal is almost all starch. I wish they included a small side salad with it to make it a more balanced meal, though of course one can order that separately if there's room in both your belly and your budget. I do wish there were a few more vegan options, as the goulash was really the only main dish that appealed to me. The vegan cheesecake is scrumptious. The raw chocolate cake was also good — nutty and not too sweet, just as i like it. Fresh juices are a plus. It took a while to get a table during the dinner rush, but then service was warm even then. Visiting in the off hours makes getting a table much easier. Note that there's no wifi, and barely any mobile signal, so be prepared to unplug during your meal.
