Respond to Review of Watercourse Foods
Review: In Denver on business for the week, I stopped by Watercourse Foods. I had the seitan buffalo wings and tempeh scaloppini, both were delicious! The tempeh scaloppini was crunchy and hearty and the wings were pleasantly spicy and as close to the real thing as I can remember. It was nice to have vegan ranch with the wings as well. Reasonably priced and big portions - I had to get a doggie bag. The staff wasn't very attentive, but I did sit at the counter verses a table, so I was being served by the bartender. But let's face it, you don't really expect world class service at a place run by hippies and hipsters... Everyone was friendly, just not super attentive. ...I mean, define job...it's really a community effort and I do what I can..... Haha! Anyway, if you are in town it is definitely worth a visit.
