Respond to Review of Pepe's Bistro
Review: We enjoyed a veggie burrito at Pepe's brunch for the first time. It was large and came topped with cheese and guacamole, delicious and very filling. Some other offerings were Huevos Rancheros with egg and cheese, a tostada, sweet potato and cheese quesadillas, and dessert. Most of the entrees can be made vegan and I hope Pepe will add a vegan huevos ranchero or scramble option. Pepe does a lot for the Lincoln community and it is a pleasure to support his business. His guacamole recipe is in the new cookbook Isa Does It! Good stuff!
